  • Classes are fun, interactive with lots of practice and time for questions and discussion. They are designed with birth partners in mind too, in fact being supported by your partner is a huge part of achieving a smooth and efficient birth, and it’s a tremendous bonding opportunity for you both.

     

    An ideal time to start is between 16 and 28 weeks of pregnancy to allow plenty of time to practice the techniques. (Psst – no worries if you are over 28 weeks, it’s never too late!)

     

  • Group Classes

    Group classes usually take place once a week for 90 minutes. They have a maximum of 6 ladies, and partners are always welcome.

     

    You and your partner will also get one private bonus class which will be tailor made for you, in this class we will create your personalized ‘cheat sheet’ and discuss your birth plan.

    Private Classes

    Private classes are completely tailored to your needs. Each class usually last an hour, and can take place in the comfort of your own home.

     

    Individual classes for pain and discomfort

    Struggling with pain and discomfort? You are not alone. It's one of the most common complaints in pregnancy, often thanks to hormone changes and the weight of your growing bump.

     

    Alexander Technique principles can help to relieve or prevent symptoms enabling you to feel pain free, relaxed and energetic. Pain in pregnancy is common but NOT inevitable.

    Group Classes: £275 ten classes + bonus

     

    Private Class: £40 for one

    £225 for six

    £350 for ten
